GUIDANCE BAND would like to announce the release of their debut album "The Trinity."
Showcasing a unique range of styles GUIDANCE BAND's original songs are being warmly welcomed by people of all sorts. Many of reggae's living legends are excited to work with and have made special appearences on the album recording some of their most soulful and innovative tracks to date. With strong hearted songs like, "Unity for Humanity" featuring Jamaican superstar Half Pint, "Nicen up the Vibes" featuring UK legend Pato Banton, and "Rastafari" featuring Jamaican revolutionary Winston Jarrett, this album is sure to gain quick momentum worldwide.
GUIDANCE BAND hails from the tropical island of Oahu in the Pacific Hawaiian chain. Like a
reflection of their remote island paradise they have created an original approach at reggae music.
However,their debut album "The Trinity" was recorded mainly at the World renowned, Prarie Sun
recording studios in (Cotati, California), and was mastered by grammy award winning Oz Fritz (High
Velocity Sound Engineering). Combining all those elements together has created a complete success and an exciting new sound.
Summer 2011 was GUIDANCE BAND's first continental U.S. appearance and crowds everywhere they went were roaring. Since the pre-release of "The Trinity," you can regularly hear their music being played on am/fm radio stations as well as various internet broadcasts nationwide. Due to the success of the 2011 summer tour, plans are being made for GUIDANCE BAND to go back on the road in the spring and summer of 2012.
